We collect the information you choose to provide through forms on this site (for example name, email, company and message content), account information when you sign in, and basic technical data such as pages visited and device type. Authentication and data storage are provided by Google Firebase.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you request, operate and improve our products, and send updates only when you ask for them. We do not sell personal information.

This site uses browser storage for preferences (such as theme) and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery and authentication) and only to the extent needed. These providers are bound by their own data-processing terms.

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent and for legitimate business records. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing contact@vietprohub.com.

Our kids products are designed for use with a parent or guardian. Child progress data is stored locally or in the family account, and parental controls are available in the app.
